Molly is a passionate and innovative change management leader with 12+ years of technical project management consulting experience. She thrives at the intersection of technology and strategy, with a belief that all teams deserve access to high quality project management. Molly founded Echo Consulting in 2019 with the goal to make project management more accessible and impactful to break down barriers to growth.

Molly grew up in a small town in New Hampshire with a big extended family. Molly attended St. Michael’s College where she majored in Economics and Political Science. After a brief stint living in Egypt, teaching English, and traveling, Molly met her life partner and settled in Vermont permanently. Molly currently lives in Jericho, Vermont with her brilliant husband, two strong-willed children, rescue pup Fletcher, and feline terrors Apollo and Rooney. In her “free” time, Molly loves to read, travel, and play board games.
