Prior to joining Echo Consulting, Lisa founded Sprout New Media in 2008 and was the Director of the Women’s Small Business Program at Mercy Connections from 2018-2021. A self-proclaimed systems geek and lifelong learner, Lisa Wood is a natural problem solver, certified business and personal coach, and longtime champion for small businesses. She believes in the power of planning and that the best progress is made by being curious, open to change, and working smarter, not harder. Outside the office, Lisa loves paddleboarding, hiking, snowboarding, yoga, and spending time outdoors in nature whenever possible.
